I’m Susan Heslington - songwriter, storyteller, and the slightly feral human behind AiLF.
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been slipping off into my own worlds, building stories before I even knew what to call them.
When AI arrived, it felt like a missing piece suddenly snapped into place.
It didn’t slow me down - it kept up.
It matched the speed of how I think, how I imagine… how ideas appear fully formed, like scenes from a film.
It didn’t replace my creativity.
It gave it room to breathe.
It helped me turn the worlds in my head into places you can actually step into.
